Nursing & Patient Care Karen RN- Head Nurse Karen is our head nurse at Fox & Schingo and she is our laser nurse at Accent On Skin. Karen came to us after a long career in the St. Clare's Operating Room. In Schenectady she helps to keep us up and running since she is in charge of all of our medical supply ordering and nursing staff management. Her time in Latham is spent working with our Gentlelase Candela laser for hair removal. Karen has also been a member Dr. Fox's volunteer medical team (Surgeon's for Underserved Nations) that gives one week every spring to serve those in need in the Dominican Republic and Mexico. We can't thank her enough for all of her efforts!
Lorraine- RN
Lorraine also came to work with us after a long career in the St. Clare's operating room. She is the ultimate nurturer. She is always taking care of someone- both patients and
 staff! It is her job to assist the doctors in the exam rooms and during office surgeries. She has also been in charge of the silicone breast implant study the doctors have participated in for many years. The data she collected helped silicone implants become re-approved by the FDA in recent years. Lastly, Lorraine is in charge of making us all feel festive by taking care of all seasonal office decorations- we never miss a holiday!In Lorraine’s free time she can be found decorating her own home and spending time with her many children and grandchildren.
Cami LPN- nurse
Cami has been with Fox & Schingo since 2006. She is an important part of our nursing team-
 not only does she assist the doctors with in-office procedures, she also keeps a smile on all our faces while she is doing it! Cami is an LPN and is pursuing her RN through Ellis School of Nursing on nights and weekends. In her spare time (the little that she has!) she enjoys shopping, skiing, horseback riding, hiking and reading.
Gina-Medical Assistant
Gina comes to us after a long career working at St.
 Clare's hospital and Cardiology Associates of Schenectady. Her big smile and caring attitude is what greets patients as she places them into rooms and assists the doctors with their exams. She has the most difficult job of keeping our doctors "On Track" and moving along through their schedule each day (sometimes a near-impossible task!). She also assists in the office operating room and at the front desk. In the evening, Gina is working towards her degree in nursing. In her free time, she loves spending time with her daughter and family, cooking, and gardening.
