If you are having surgery, Brenda is the one to call!  Brenda not only schedules all hospital and office anesthesia surgeries, but she helps to walk patients through the entire surgery process.  After a patient meets with the doctor, she will complete a quote for the surgery if it is a cosmetic surgery or will begin the prior authorization paperwork if it is an insurance surgery.  After the surgery is scheduled, she sends out all surgery packets and answers any questions from patients that may come up.  She also coordinates the surgery with the hospitals, pre-admission testing offices and any collaborating surgeons.
